WGS holds monthly meetings, except for January, July, August, and December.
Our meetings are held at 2pm in the Pioneer Pavilion at Pioneer Park, 2007 Cherry Street, Ferndale, Washington. Doors open at 1:30. There is plenty of free parking and no stairs to navigate.

October is Family History Month! To help celebrate, WGS will be hosting a Genealogy Jump Start at the downtown Bellingham Public Library on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Please click here for more information!
WGS holds a used book sale in conjunction with the Whatcom Old Settlers celebration, held over the last weekend in July. We accept and sell all genres and have genealogy society members on hand to answer your family history questions.
